What a trip I had to Costa Rica over the weekend. I took a canopy tour that involved hanging in a harness and sailing through the air on a cable from tree to tree. At one point the guide said do you want to fly like superman? Of course I said yes and it was amazing! He was in control of the trip and I had to just trust that he would stop us before I hit the tree. In that one short five minute time I got over my writers block and back in touch with who really is in control of all our lives. What an amazing place and wonderful people. It is like Mexico was 30 years ago.
